Shipping Policy

We are proud to offer complimentary guaranteed worldwide delivery to all of our customers via a trackable courier service such as DHL. 

All Rina Tairo orders are delivered with all duties and taxed paid for, as included in our complimentary global delivery service.

Your order delivery time depends on your location in the World. We currently aim to process all online orders within 5-7 working days. Once your order has been carefully processed and gift wrapped it will be dispatched via a premium express insured courier service such as DHL Express(Courier service depends on location).

 If you require your item for a certain date/deadline please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to meet your deadline/request. 

After dispatch the estimated delivery times are as follows:

UK - Next working day.

EU - 1 to 2 working days.

Rest of the World - 2 to 4 working days. 

For products that are made on request, we aim to have all orders dispatched within 3 to 6 weeks. 


Return & Exchange Policy​


You may return or exchange products ordered on within 14 days of receipt of the goods. 

Please note, Rina Tairo does not accept returns for items purchased through our Bespoke service.

Rina Tairo Jewellery will not accept returned products that have been modified by external jewellers, worn, damaged, or returned without original paperwork and packaging. Please note that Rina Tairo Jewellery will not refund the original shipment cost to you or the associated duties unless the items in question have been deemed faulty or defective.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please follow the steps below to complete your return:

1. Please email notifying us of your intention to return or exchange your purchase.

2. Once your email has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from our team, providing you with a return label and instructions.

3. Please notify our Customer Service team upon shipment of your returns.

4. Your exchange or refund via your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of the goods once checked for authenticity and all original documents etc. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is complete.

Please note that Rina Tairo is not liable for lost or delayed packages. You may not use your own courier to ship back returns, and doing so will result in a refund request being voided. We cannot be liable for any import duty resulting from incorrect return of purchases. 

Please direct all claims regarding faulty or defective items to our Customer Service team and we will respond to you by email within one working day.
